ok,after a few days of searching,found the problem.the guy i bought it from went a little deeper into it than understood....must have been distracted,never tighened the rocker arms up!!!!runs like a champ!!!!!!!!!!!!thanks for the help guys!

Being its a quad, you should be able to easily pull the rail out with the injectors and turn it over to see if they are spraying at all. That would be a quick check to see if they are activating, next would be to check the wiring and be sure your getting the proper voltage. If they are the same set...
