I got it off by turning the wiper motor on and allowing the cam to thread itself off the post.
I had removed all three of the mounting bolts of the wiper motor which allowed me to keep the post fairly steady.

Try to pry on both sides under the arm where the bolt is. Be careful and don't force it too much. There should be a square hole where the arm sits. I am trying to remove the windsheild wiper motor assembly but cannot get the linkage cam off the motor axle nut. I have removed the nut that attaches the linkage cam to the motor but can't get the small cam arm off the thread. Am I missing something?
