There is plastic clips that hold the rods inside the door,they do break,then the rod will fall inside the door.

You might have mutiple rods in your door,one could have popped off solonoid,handle,latch....

Do you have power door locks?

Sounds like a rod popped off. Also try your key.

Checked oil again,and is fine.don't know what's up,will keep an eye on it.

It's the coolant port that's halfway down, Look on rockauto and look at the photos.
