Before i changed my alternator (couple of weeks ago) my A/C would squeal (loud as f**k) but i could play around with the dial and it would eventually turn on and blow cold. Then when i changed my alternator the A/C was blowing perfect, no squeal, cold and good as new....then i guess i jinx it some h...

if one of my cylinders were to misfire...wouldnt it idle rough? because it idles perfect?

Everything about the egr is brand new, and just recently fixed an injector problem?

Fuel pump probably has never been changed.. I do remember changing the fuel filter about 4 years ago lol

While driving high speeds (highways) my car seems to have some kind of hiccup (like as if skipped a beat) and it does it like every couple seconds?

It ended up being a bad fuel injector.. Smdh.. But hey my car is running flawless.. Im so happy!

Ok, sounds like you have enough info on when it shakes... now go jack the car up and start to test some of the things people have suggested. Without those results then all we can say is change this, or this or this or this.... and that's expensive. Narrow it down more with some inspection! aye aye ...

The car shakes a little after 50mph..and speeds up to 60-70..but the weirs thing is, when i let off the accelerator, it stops the vibration?

Wheel weight could have fallen off? Jack up the car and shake the wheel left and right and up and down and see if it feels loose, that will tell you if the tie rods, ball joints, or wheel bearings are bad which all cause shaking, if everything feels tight then take your car and get the tires rebala...
