Boy do I feel stupid !! There was lines that had a short into it from the plug that went into the ICM

Well everyone... Just went out there and unplugged the stuff from the icm and put another fuse in the fuse spot number 1 and turned the key and it didn't pop the fuse this time with the icm unhooked... Any suggestions?

I have tried putting gas and starting fluid directly in it also and it still isn't cranking or anything...

no work has been done to it recently. ): I will check the fuel injector stuff. ummm, but I do know that it just keeps popping that fuse and wont start up... It's not getting spark either?
