Re: Headlights and dash dimming and brightening.
First I would jiggle the harness under the dash to see if the lights flicker, second I would use a multimeter in the cigarette lighter to see if the voltage is actually jumping around. Possibly something loose inside the new alternator.

Re: Headlights and dash dimming and brightening.
The dimmer switch is near the colum, I would jiggle the harness under the dash first. Second run a multimeter in the cigarette lighter, as you drive to see if the voltages are actually all over the place, you could have a bad alternator the has a short or loose connection inside it. Re: Very Clean Yellow Indy on eBay
Not mine. Although very similar. Found this on eBay while searching for misc items. Would be a great addition for a Beretta enthusiast. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1990-Chevrolet-Beretta-Indy-Pace-Car/303229767357?_mwBanner=1&ul_ref=https%3A%2F%2Frover.ebay.com%2Frover%2F0%2F0%2F0%3Fmpre%3Dhttps%2...

Re: First Beretta, first ever project!
Looks like a nice clean Base model with a 2.0l. Did it come with the automatic or the manual?
