Re: what did you do to your ride today?
Well the INDY blew the heater core hoses on my way home from work last week, so its off to the shop since I'm tired of crawling around under the dash and engine compartment.

Center trunk panel 1990
Hi all,
I need the center trim panel between the taillights on the trunk lid of my 90 Indy.
Mine is cracked and water sits inside and it just looks bad.
The lower panel could use replacement too if a good set can be found.
It would need to be shipped to 32244 in FL
Thanks

Re: what did you do to your ride today?

GRRR I've got two vehicles that keep losing their mirrors -the Permatex that has worked so well on everything els...

Re: Beretta Z28
That will be very wide body.. Maybe should have cut the body half from the middle and extend the whole car sideways ;) I thought about that waaaay back in the day for my old Camaro -wanted to use the wider axle from a GMC van too. What to do with the windshield though??? I think a 90'...

Its a stock 3.1 with 146K on it.Cam2363 wrote:Nice. What engine do you have?Mkweaver1958 wrote:My 90 Indy gets a steady 21.8 mpg with mixed driving. Best ever was 28 full highway trip.
To top it all off the Torque converter lock-up in not functioning, I guess if I fixed it the MPG would get a small bump in HWY mileage.

Blackened Windsheild Trim
My blackened windshield trim is delaminating.
How does the trim come off and can it be recoated?
Does anyone have experience with epoxy based paints and will they adhere to the stainless steel?
BTW, mine is a 90 Indy.
