I have seen people replace the water pumps on these, but I think it's usually due to leaks...no diminished flow. I couldn't tell you for sure though. Thanks for the replies but I was able to fix the car before moderator approved my post. I replaced both the ignition control module and the crank position sensor, and threw in a coolant temp sensor to be sure.
