Re: lbody headers...
Only a couple sets were made with a MIG :p
Oh, and with this batch, the OPSU might clear. When they are finished , I'll let you know. Will clear the id10t light opsu easy, maybe the guage type (long).

Re: lbody headers...
The RWD 660's all use that port for the OPSU. I am making 8 sets now, not all of them are pre-sales. Trying to get ahead of the game and have some on hand. We also have a set that was returned (one of the first sets) because they didn't clear the slave bracket on an early manual transmission (should...

Re: lbody headers...
I would love to swap to the equal length ones if they didn't interfere with my coolant lines and oil pressure sender... I hate putting a T on a pipe fitting because they always end up leaking. Coolant lines have been a non-issue on most makes/models, the clearances are so tight, my own human error ...

Re: lbody headers...
That particular set was ordered with two o2 bungs. That's an sr20 valve cover, we are turbo-ing a ka24 240 and a Mazda Protege soon. As long as it's faster when it leaves the shop, we really don't discriminate vehicle platforms ;) Here's what that same valve cover looked like when finished... http:/...

Re: lbody headers...
Front header should fit fine, it's the rear that is close. Sorry about the delay guys, but one set is ready for shipping, the other needs another coat of ceramic. Hope you guys can give us some results :) Media blasted... http://i448.photobucket.com/albums/qq202/Forced_Firebird/Lbody%20header%20jig/...

Re: lbody headers...
Yes, the center primary where it wraps under #2 cylinder is where it gets close. I moved them for moneypit and Isaac as much as I could, but I only have the shorty sender to compare to - might just make it. The fan was the large 4 spoke fan. You only need to do this on the 3x00 swaps, if you have an...

Re: lbody headers...
There's no way around moving the oil pressure sensor - simple fix though), but the BIG stock fan fit on the test car by cutting a spoke off (and only a small piece of the shroud needs to be shaved a bit to clear when the car is under load).

Re: lbody headers...
Yup. What you see is what you get!
Beta test sets are sold out, and with a test car (thanks alan!) this is a perfect opportunity to make sure they fit perfect the first time.
We will continue to make more as long as they are selling, but simply can't do them this nice for same price.
