Re: Various vehicle and spring heights....

Wow, so a GTZ starts out with a negative Z height. That's not very good for the roll center.

Re: Various vehicle and spring heights....

A factory service manual should have trim height specifications for various suspension options. Unfortunately only have '89 and '94, so no FE7 info.

Re: 1993 Quad4 GTZ: Project WTF

It shouldn't come with a seal for the ACDelco. The last one I installed was an updated design which has a tech note to remove the seal and o-ring.

The older ones didn't have the holes to mount the fog lights. Later on ('90?) they added that to all of them.

Re: Back to Berettas after 15+ years

It's nice to see someone use an appropriate product to seal these areas and not RTV. I did a similar repair to my old GT years ago with 3M 1-part sealer, still leaked through the wiring on the passenger side. The newer years have a rubber boot over the wiring to seal out the water.

That looks so strange with the '89 GT seats, but that fabric really holds up well.

Did you change anything with the ECM? That information is sent to the cluster via serial data from the ECM.

That's an interesting choice for a wheel that was only offered on the C4 for one year (1990).

Did you check the shift cable? Do the back-up lights come on in reverse?
