Rear axle bushing information

Want some new struts? What brand springs to buy? How much camber to run? What brake pads? What's the best setup for your situation....

You can buy these on Amazon... lol I will have a set for tomorrow.

It will be interesting to see if these are a direct swap. If so I'll probably seek out a second set.

I was thinking this years ago when I saw the watt-link setup on solid axle Opel here, seemed very plausible to adapt that. Someone needs to prototype it :)

I'll have these bushings tonight to compare to the ones that Tyler machined down from a set of Poly ones.

They are slightly different than the ones that Tyler made up for my 96... Narrower actually. I will measure the center sleeve when I get a chance but it was not as wide as the ones made up for the modified poly ones.

If the Whiteline bushing is narrower, will it still work? From the looks of the original, it used part of the bushing as a rubber "snubber" to limit lateral axle shift... will these do the same?

I needed it revived myself as this is the next step I'm taking with one of mine.

Yeah it looks like post 95 cars are out again for these fitting... so they will fit my 90... And maybe the custom trailing arms on the AWD 88? Who knows.

Same place as the above photo, it's just a different size. You probably won't visually see a difference.
