Can I use A heated O2 sensor?
Can I use A heated O2 sensor?
96 z26 with a 3100
Can I use a heated O2 sensor in this car, or does it already use one? If I can, how would I wire it (assuming it doesnt already have one) and is there any good brand to get for it?

It's already heated. I've had good results with denso and poor with bosch.

RockAuto... It will show you want's available for your model year.
And I've never had any issues with Bosch sensors... And something to remember, most wideband O2's are Bosch brand.

Thanks. Just wasn't sure because some said heated and others didn't, and I wasn't sure if they were all heated3X00-Modified wrote:RockAuto... It will show you want's available for your model year.

I've only had issues with them on OBD1, but there was a consensus among tuners that Denso worked better and it was absolutely true on mine. FWIW.3X00-Modified wrote:RockAuto... It will show you want's available for your model year.
