Well, from this fender race I think you'll win with your lsd and tires.. But I'd almost bet I have more fun with the skating :P.

Have you figured out how to log or pull your .bin file yet? :). If you log a few files it'll be easier to see what all needs to be changed.
Bring up things such as STFT (short term fuel trim) LTFT (Long term fuel trim), KR (knock retard), MAF, MAP, ECT.. Just a couple that come to mind. And hopefully your wideband o2 can log as well :).

There's a fairly good chance that I'll go to bfest in Denver unless I move for a job..

I wonder where he got the tubing to build the exhaust manifolds?

IIRC it's nothing overly special... It might even be plumbing fittings. I know its a 90* and two T's that's all he did.

wasnt able to send for paint because of my ex fiance... getting it cleaned up for a show in may, gonna finish wrapping the headers, got the new couplers ordered, got a friend to weld me new IC pipes so it doesnt stick out the wheel well.

i plan on ordering HPtuners to tune instead

Why? They only support a Monte Carlo ECU and you can't use tiny tuners on the bins to access tables they don't have mapped... I highly doubt you've reached the limits of a DHP tuner or think HPtuners will open up anything else that will help you, but that's just my opinion.

http://www.60degreev6.com/dhp/dhp_powrtuner_manual.pdf

That will help :). I read the manual after playing with the tuner on my car.. would have saved hours upon hours if I read how to use it first.
