An injury has me temporarily off the truck driving I enjoy so much.....
Even though I am Beretta-less, (since 2004), this site is a community in itself.......
I see new names, which is good...

Didn't even realize there was any place else on the web for us. Looks like I saw a few of the same names over there.

The list of replacements is long and all over the place. My friends can't believe I say Beretta, V8 Vega and Cadillac XLR in the same breath. They're all cars, and each cool in their own way. No idea what it will be, but the wife wants me to have a "rain car", because I already have two I won't drive in the rain.

Very nice, glad to see I'm not the only one who see the cool factor in all these.

WB!

I just recently aquired a 90 GTZ. Solid car but it had a Quad Single O.H.C. so I replaced it with the more desired Quad Dual O.H.C 16 valve. Already I have busted the front Motor mount. I love Burritos!

I think the Cobalt SS is a good replacement for the rettas. Still nothing is as great as a Beretta!

Wb Tweekster, it's been a long time.

I must agree, the site is pretty dead.  I just hop on once or twice a month to check up and see if anything interesting has happened. There's usually a little flurry of activity around BFest, but not much else these days.

Ya, actually i do.
Needs paint and to fix the common Burrito leaks.
Funny tho. They guy says the motor runs... but not well.

Ummm...yeah. Someone pulled the ol' switcharoo on you bud. That motor DOES NOT belong in a GTZ . Get rid of it or convert it back to DOHC. The reason the car runs like crap is probably because they put the WRONG engine in and left the RIGHT ECU. GL. Start a thread in the repair section if you want and we'll help you put her back right again.
