Flintstone reversing

Post by DOHC_tuner »

Well the dam select gear went out on me again. This time it seems simple quality manufacturing error.

Im going to try and get a hold of the company. Special buy thru Autozone :(

I just ordered a Cobalt SS/TC to become the new daily drive though ;) Shipping is expensive!

I will also try a local reputable custom fab company to create a stronger and well made one. Same place that might do a turbo kit for the GTZ....LOL

been there, the gt was like that shortly after I got it, ended up replacing the tranny with a junkyard deal for $150, still working 7 years later.... too bad the car has cancer now and wont pass inspection

The tranny is fine...highway trips suck without a 5th gear lol

Once I start driving the Turbo Cobalt SS I will begin the process of making a better select shifter cable.
