Me and my friend thad are in the process of getting are speed shop up and running. This shop will be 90% gm performance. I want to here from everyone on here on what they would like to see made performance  wise. I want everyone to get in on this. be creative but also think cost to build and nothing like changeing to rwd or something crazy. We should be up and running in march at the latest.

SO LETS SEE SOME IDEA

Turbo crossovers, turbo kits, SC kits, L67 swap kits (like you mentioned in the other thread), HD axles, suspension stuff (mostly hi-performance struts... custom pieces using Koni or Bilstien inserts)...

That's just off the top of my head.

High performance struts are a great idea I can get on that right now. well monday lol.
I thought about making a irs setup for are cars anyone like that idea.
HD axles will be a tuffy i've tried to get poeple to make me some for the beretta and they either want 1,000 for a set or wouldn't do it.

other ideas you mentioned that i have thought of

Useing the cobalt sc to make a kit for the quad 4. will also be making smaller pulleys modular stlye.

Turbo kits for
2.0,2.2,2.3,2.8,3.1,3100,3400,3800
Look for this to be mounted in the rear. Will save on cost to make them cheaper.

SC kit
This will be more like a crate motor
3.8sc with everything you need to drop it in.
Looking at about 4k price tag on this. but you could have it done in one day or so.
All 3.8 will come with a built 4t60 tranny or 5 speed(option)
The price is not set yet in stone.
will also have stages to

Stage one
custom manifolds, batery relocation, cold air box, down pipe and cat or orp, stock motor.

Stage two
everything above +
3.4 pulley, headers, comp cams cam.

Stage three
everything above+
3.25 pulley, High flow exhuast system, bigger cam, ported heads.

Might be a stage 4 but its going to be expensive

Crate engines and rebuilds for people.
Every engine will be dnyo tested before it leaves shop.

Sadly 2.0, 2.2 will not have much. turbo kit, exhuast. maybe a arp bolt kit.

I'm probably missing alot
Keep them coming guys

Ture headers not just pipes. Everybody wants them, but the R&D may cost to much. Also a good cat back for those of us with older cars would be nice. That's just me thinking of only my self again, sorry.

I don't think an IRS is a good idea... that will add weight, and the rear of our cars aren't designed to be used for IRS... the shock towers won't support that kind of weight.

On the headers, they will be headers. I love mandrel benders and jigs so you can make perfect headers everytime.

With the irs if i could make it light and durable would you be interested.
I'm working on the reinforcement problem right now.

There will be a tubular cross member to support the center section. I will have more info later on.

Can't wait to buy the headers if their cheaper than J body performance. On the IRS I would think there would be a need for a weld in sub frame. I feel the same as heavywoody, though it would be nice.

haha lol that was crazy. anyone have video of that.
Ah the good old days. Should of seen what happened to it when i put that monster motor in with the 5 speed.

On the heads i'm going to try to sell them for 400$ or so
We are going to build the first set out of stainless to see what the cost will be. If its to expensive we will change. but i want it to be around 400 with no coating and 550 to 600 with coating. we will see after we get them built and add up the cost.
Just took the roof off half the barn. raising it up to 15ft.

I have tried turbo kits for the 3100/3400 and everything you would need to bolt it in.  I had 2 people very interested but only one had money at the time.

Good luck with the turbo stuff.

IRS makes no sense, our cars have more than enough rear grip.  Most every mod we do stiffens the rear and causes the rear to lose more traction.

Headers would sell fairly well I think.

IRS was just an idea. I'm going to probably build one for my car and see was the coast is and if i dont think it will help then i wont sell it. I'm going to use it just to have something diff. I get bored easy and have to make something
Heck me and my friend was bored this weekend so we cut up the back of his 90 camaro to put in a 4 link setup.
I'm alway up for a challange

update.....
I've put in for my passport guy and gals so i'm hoping to get back to bfest this year.

Plan to have headers made for.
v6 2.8,3.1,3100,3400,quad 4
I'm hoping to be done with these by feb. so everyone can see them before bfest and also have a price set by then.
Also hope to have 2 different catback system made. with options on what mufflers you can buy.
Will also have cat setup and off road pipe made by then.

Now what i need is some cars with people that would be willing to spend some money so I can have a car to use as a mock up. I'm trying to get my local junk yard to let me barrow some car but it doesn't look like its going to happen. Only thing you would have to do is pay for the parts to build the setup and 1/2 the labor. I'm hoping since its winter time I can get a quad and any v6.
If anyone is up for the idea please speak up. thanks

Also am trying to get kybs made for are cars.

Will aslo be showing off the complete setup for the 3.8sc setup (except headers). And maybe a price.

If there is anything else you guys would like to see let me know i will see if i have time to get it done.

NOTICE!!! things could change if something comes up

Thank

Country boys custom (CBC performance)

KYB's are already available Unless your talking about getting AGX's made for L-bodies. That would be sweet.

yes i'm talking about the agx sorry for that.
well the shop is going slower that expected. I've been working about 60 a week and the bad weather is not helping anything. the catback systems are on schedule.

Headers 3400 headers are in the works. also quad 4 headers are also being made. hope to have some pics in a couple weeks

Thanks for thinking of the few of us with older V6 engines! What are the specs on the cat back systems? Hate to ask, but will you have one for a 90GT(the gas tank is not the same as the others)? Will you have a full exhaust system, like a bolt on?
