New shop being built

Hey, is there any way that you can get JBP parts? I was trying to get a light weight pully for my Cav from them(part # JPO706) and they say that they only sell to dealers now. They could go on the site for the Cavalier and Cobalt. They are like 83 bucks now and I'm working hard to find one quick before the price goes up.
