Quick tire size question
I will have the opportunity to grab a nice set of 225/55/r16s on the stupid cheap tomorrow morning.
After reading a few posts, it seems they will fit in the wells, but will they fit the stock gtu rims? I'm 99% sure but I wanted a second opinion. I have 205/60/r16s on now.

Re: Quick tire size question
They will fit but the aspect ratio (55) makes them "alittle" tall.
205 60's are too tall too!!
The best size for GTZ wheels is 225/50/16
Up to you.

Re: Quick tire size question
Thanks, at least they'll be shorter than the pepboys cheapos that are on there now.
My tires are too tall, visually, but I can't spring for brand new tires for a while. I'm gonna snag these bfg's, $50 for the set.

Re: Quick tire size question
Speedo is set to one size, that is any size that equals the "stock" diameter will do. What you are running now is throwing it off.
