modified headers for 60 degree 31-3500 series
i am looking to part with a set of S&S headers modified by me to the 60 down angle needed to fit the l body beretta. these are the headers deemed to add 20 hp on a stock motor. i had every intention of using these on my 3400 powered z26. things have not worked out that way and i am tired of seeing them sit in the original box with gaskets. these were modified by me on a 60 degree v6. the are ceramic primered and cermainc painted in aluminum. for those who do not know me i am a 22 year ase certified mechanic. i dont currently have pictures of them as they are burried in my closet. i will send pics to interested byers and add them in a future post to this thread later. the original price i paid for them was $600 unfinished i cant see asking more than that even with all the work i put into them. shipping will not be included and i will have to figure out what that will run. if you are interested you can post here or you could pm me on site. best way is email kprofthestrs@gmail.com. if i dont respond right away give it a few hours.

The rear set of headers and the cross pipe that connects the front and rear sets of headers. These were designed for the n body grand am and alero that only required a 40 degree down angel on the rear to cleared. The l body Berettas require a 60 degree down angel to clear the rack and vehicle body. These are tube style headers. The front exhaust tube is separate from the rear till it meets at the collector unlike the factory that mates the front into the rear. These headers had been tested on a stock engine for a 20 HP gain.

These are worth it and love the added note from the exhaust

If your referring to the cross pipe from front to back I did not handle that one cause it ended up having to be sleeved. It was handled at a very capable muffler shop that I have used many times in the past. It was handled on the engine used for mock up. It didn't get ground down like the rear was.
