Mike there is something I need and forget what it's called. There are two vacuum diaphragms that are connected together and activate the upper blend door. It is on the passenger side next to the glove box. Ok, Nalley GMC calls them actuators and doesn't carry them.
In warm weather everything seems to work right, when it's cold it gets stuck when going to heat(floor). Got to use defrost most of the time. Do hear a leaking sound(hiss) for a short amount of time(longer than normal). Guess I could use all the lines on the passenger side if that is ok.

Sure not a problem MPB. I know exactly what you're referring to.

Damn, mine is junk. Need to look into the PS pump(if they are the same for the 3100). Would like to have something that doesn't growl and moan all the time(shop didn't bleed the new one, I did too late to save it).

They do not have the same part number on Rock Auto.
Any way that you can check the sway bar size? I have a 28mm on the car(don't need another at this time).

Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak is an amazing lubricant and will stop the shutter and moan, even if you don't have a leak.Money pit Beretta wrote:Damn, mine is junk. It one of those additives that actually work!

Bar is definitely 32mm or 36mm. I measured it a few years back. Car is a true z51 GT so it has the correct parts.

I'm surprised you haven't sold the big front bar yet! If it's a Z51 package, it'll be that 32mm you're looking for Money Pit!
