no fuel and no spark.

Well, i have a 90 Beretta GT. The problem is i have no fuel pressure and no spark at any of the plugs.

The fuel pump does not turn on when i turn the key on. So what i am thinking is that i need a new fuel pump and a new coil pack. And another thing is that the car cranks when it is in park but when i put it in neutral and try it wont crank. And about 2 weeks before i had to change the first injector cause it didn't open and it ran fine, then it would start but it would run ruff and now it wont start at all and i have these problems any suggestions would be helpful.

Does the dash show and RPM when you crank the engine? If not then replace the CPS.

Check for power on the fuel pump supply wire under the hood on the firewall near the drivers side. If there is not 12V on this terminal when turning on the key, check the fuel pump relay and the ECM. If there is 12V then check at the fuel pump for voltage and a good ground.
