Reminders and Announcements
Just a reminder to those of you who seem to be slacking in the payment department!  Our payment deadline is this friday June 1st!  This means that your payment needs to be recieved before this to ensure your t-shirt order.  If your payment arrives later than tomorrow we cannot guarantee that your t-shirt (s) will be made.  We are taking some precautions, however it is up to you!  If you have mailed your payment and are not sure if it will make it on time, you need to contact our t-shirt man for '07-- Paul Keller --at gtuturbo@yahoo.com  Make sure to tell him that your payment should be in, and we will try to make sure your t-shirt is ordered.
Also- to those of you who have not yet secured a room at the hotel, or those of you who are about to pay and get the necessary info for the hotel-- make sure to get your reservations in ASAP!  I was told that they could only guarantee our block of rooms until either the 9th or the 11th of June (Mark correct me if I'm wrong), so be sure to get in now!
Other announcements of note:  Ryan Haenny at Styluss Customs has just signed on as an event sponsor with a donation for the Car Show.  Thanks Ryan!  Also, Chad Loniello (our treasurer) will be selling his vinyl www.beretta.net decals again this year at Bfest...  IIRC the price was $5? (please correct me here Chad!)  ALSO--- those of you who missed out on the yearly decals last year...  we have extras, a lot of extras.  So these will also be on sale at the event for $2 each.  I know there are some of you who I didn't have correct mailing addresses for or whatever it might have been, so these will be available.  Other than that, everything is coming together nicely as we come rapidly to the end of the planning stages of Bfest.  See you in 3 short weeks!!
