Post by samuel adams »

Can 1992 GT struts work on the 1996 Z26? Just the struts. I got a new pair of 1992 struts & neither of my cars need them, thinking about selling them. But if they work on either car I will keep them, cause I am going to keep my cars. they are monro sensa trac.
Thanks guys

1992-1996 use the same front struts...  1987-1991 are different.

the struts are a different part number but my guess is that it is either the valving or that one has the bracket on the side of the cartrige for the FE7 swaybar.  Shouldn't be a problem I would think.

The ignition module is the same
