I hit the wall doing 85. I hit passenger side. But I seem to be having issues withthe drivers side.
Look at pics....the clearance between the tripot and the subframe is less than 1/2. I cannot get my little finger between the tripot and subframe.
What have I bent?
Is there an adjustment somewhere to raise that side of the motor/tranny?

any and all help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I think you need to go to a frame shop. If it's as bad as it looks, that's not going to be only thing that's off. How bad is the body? Do the doors creak when you open them? Dang that sucks!

I would say you bent the sub frame pretty good. Looks like you'll be replacing IT at the least. GL.

its a circle track car, the doors are welded shut.

I replaced everything on the passenger side, thats were I "thought" all the damage was. I will go to the j-yard in the morning and pull a subframe, just to see.
Thanks.

O its running now    I went last weekend to Salem and ran on the 1/2 mile high banks.

I had went to the j-yard today to get some "extra" parts before the season started (next Friday) and I noticed the clearance on a car there and knew I did not have that on mine and thought I would ask.

How about a completely destroyed motor/tranny mount......a new one raised everything 1 1/2 inch.
When I hit the wall and it shoved everything over, it just destroyed that mount on the drivers side. ÂÂÂ

I actually thought about it last night while trying to go to sleep. Got up this morning, supported the motor/tranny, loosened the bolts on that mount, jack the motor/tranny up until it was level (at that point I realized how lop-sided it was)     got it leveled, tightened everything down, let the jack down at it fell about 3 inches
