It would appear bstyff is having some major issues as it has been down for a long period of time, just wondering if anyone has heard anything about what is going on?

Last I saw it looked like they were trying to switch servers because I used to get a server webpage, but now I'm getting the "internet cannot open"   bla bla page.  So who knows.

Nice attitude. Its comments like that keep people from coming here and going there. The negative vibe here from members is the reason I have been a member since '02 and have less then 200 post.

Ever notice how much the traffic here picks up, when Bstuff is down? Only time I see a lot of post here is when Bstuff goes down.

Yeah, I think we can all say, bstuff gets used more than here, and some members aren't on both so I can imagine they are frustrated.

I like bstuff better.  This site is never updated.  I mean look at the bfest thing.  It's still talking about 07.
I was hoping it'd come back up because I didnt wanna come over here.  But I finally gave in

Thats why i like bstuff more than here
I mean i would love that forum too if its more active like bstuff...
But the most of people here are inactive so if you write anything you can wait days or weeks to get a comment or something ^^

When I joined here, I had actually joined both sites on the same day.  I started working with bstuff more first cause I was not able to post here for a long while.  Then when bstuff went down, I can here and since I was able to post...  Well..  The rest is history.
lol

My thing was, I had people offering me help and parts and then I lost all that, so figured I would hit here, knowing most of you real hard core Beretta drivers most likely would be on both sites anyway.

Guess I was right.  I actually like how this forum looks better than bstuff.  So to me... Eh.   I have been on soooooo many forums over the years... Ugh!  I even have my own!  Used to be the director for one of the larger HP Fan sites, till we went down due to server changes.  Never came back.  Not sure we ever will either.  OH well.

I like how this site is more informative then then bstuff.  It seems to me you ask a question on this site and it gets answered, ask on bstuff and you get 4 pages of replies, but only 2-3 posts that have anything to do with what you are working on.

Ok, here's my honest to god feelings on both sites.

I liked the laid back feel of bstuff.  The fact that you can B.S. with people about almost anything.  You don't get the "THIS IS A BERETTA SITE NOT A (whatever your talking about) SITE!" like you get here a lot.  Or at least used to back when I was more active over here.  Or the best one yet.  Repost's I HATE dearly when someone screams at another member about repost's.  **** happen's, sometimes you search and don't find what you're looking for and post about it.  Then someone else screams at you over it being a repost from some **** 4 years ago.

But as others have said I like the fact that this site is more informative.  I know I can depend on coming here and doing a quick search and more than likely find the info I need.  But in the event I don't find it and post about it I have to wait days or even weeks to get an answer. ÂÂÂ

If this site saw moderators and admin that updated the site more (Like Sara stated, the bfest section is still from 07). ÂÂÂ

I like the layout here more than bstuff and etc etc etc

So I guess a simple comprimise would be to update the site.  Then make it a little more laid back like bstuff.

Ok, enough of my rambling.

With some updates to this site it would be just as good as bstuff.

Plus "beretta.net" is a relevant name. Bstuff just sounds like a porn site or something.

Whenever I have it up but minimized at school people are always like what the HELL is bstuff?

Your right thou. Some of the uptight members here make it unbearable to hangout here. RELAX!!!!!! No one wants to be ragged on just because something "off topic" is brought up.

That's what I like about the car club I'm a member of, the forum has a section that is truly off topic.  Just talk about anything.

I think a few updates (and more down the road when needed) and people relaxing a little and this site will be perfect.

Thats just my $0.02
