What was that?
I was a the bank, pushed the switch to bring the window down and it stopped. No big deal, the motor is going out and I was still able to reach out for the tube. Turned the car off because my bank takes forever(key was back so I could hear the radio). After I got my money I started the car and tried to roll up the window. The window stopped just before the top and the car went nuts! The brake light started flashing(and clicking) the ABS light was on and the idle was going up and down(also the radio was cutting out). I drove out, the speedo and the tach were going up and down at the sametime. The brake light was still flashing and the engine was surging. The speedo was going from 30mph(which I was doing) to 50mph and the tach was going from 2G to 5G(engine RPM was not going to 5G). Drove it two blocks and pulled in a parking lot. Shut it off and restarted it. Almost everything went back to normal. The idle was still a little above where it should be. Drove some more and shut it off again. The idle was still a little high, so I shut it off when driving in a parking lot. I had to move the shifter some when it was in netural to get it to start(I was still moving). The restart was good, but it still felt like the engine was pushing. A few pops of the throttle in drive and everything went back to normal. That's the strangest thing my car has ever done. I have no clue what would cause this.

I don't know man. Everything was just fine before and after I swapped the intakes. I didn't pull the cables off the battery when I did it. Drove it to work Monday and today with nothing wrong. I'm thinking the window motor locked up and made this happen, but I was able to get it to go all the way up just before I left the bank.

I also must add that there was no check engine light ever.

Re: What was that?
check the window relay, maybe it's stuck and shutting off the car kills the power to it...
I'd say it's a short drawing power down from everything. I had something happen when the ebrake cut through a wire when I didnt put the console in right...
I'd start with the window motor relay/breaker in the fuse box, try swapping them from the other side and see what happens.. if it was just the window motor it wouldnt have fixed its self after you shut off the car.....

Re: What was that?
Yeah Isaac it's got to be something more than the motor. The idle was kind of srcrewed up today. I have an HVAC control system vacuum leak to try and fix Sunday. I'll see if that helps on the idle, but I don't think it will. My battery gauge always is close to 18v. I thought that was normal for these newer cars.
I forgot to add that there is a miss when the engine is cold. I do have a new ICM and crank sensor. Starting to think a cam sensor would help. I need a new power steering pump, so the cam sensor will be changed then.

Re: What was that?
Battery cable was a tiny bit loose. Not that much though. I'm going to replace all the fuses and the negative post. This is freaking nuts.
I just want to replace the fuses just because I don't know how long they have been in there.
update:
Ok, all fuses have been changed. The cable ends have been cleaned(they were not real dirty) and the cable bolts are new. I also put some dielectic grease on them.
