The neato hose is done, doesn't leak, and being the perfectionist I can be at times.......IT SUCKS!

But it will do for the time being. It will be fixed and perfect for Chicago!

Still have the valve cover to do, modify that, and make it pretty.

This Sunday?? Suppose to rain.

Maybe match what it has already done at a test and tune night if I have time, and go from there.

This is a whole new combination AND a brand new trans and converter.

I have driven it about 10 miles, then Rodney got side-lined with his car, and mine not being ready.

As of now starts and idles like a damn 3.1 with a bit of a "lope" LOL!.

DO NOT WORRY!

It'll be ready!

Wisconson may possibly be it's first WOT 1/4 mile timed runs though.....LOL!

N/A ......It's gonna be the one you need to beat!

And it leaves for Chicago three weeks from today.

What could possibly go wrong?

Do you for-see and traction issues or will the 225 radials still be enough?

I have never had the BFG Drag Radials below 20# in my car.

And at that I couldn't spin them on a good track.

You had them at 18# as I recall Barry. I know we lowered them.

The lowest they allow is 16#

We'll see.

Well unless I blow the damn thing up trying to get the tune close, it will be in Chicago.

I'm not bringing the Quad.

It's starting to seem like Bfest will also be my cars first WOT runs since I put it together. I'm ironing out my tune now, and I don't foresee any time to get to a street night.

Well I was going to try and get some runs on it this weekend, but I am having a brake issue.

And my Jeep has been a PITA all week. ($2896.00 in repairs) :x

"Might" get some runs in on the 20th but then I'm leaving on the 22nd.

Be in Chicago Tuesday night.

This thing is STUPID SICK!

I had an opportunity this evening to let it go a couple of times and with the shift light at 6500, it's still pulling like no tomorrow.

Reset the shift light to 7000 (my "chicken-out" point) and there is no let down at all.

A-Hole Dyno suggests this puppy is going to turn some heads in Chicago.

(IF I can hook it up, and make it live 9 hours to Chicago.)

It now has 45 minutes on it. New Mobil 1 going in tomorrow and a trip down to Chi-Town

Sounds awesome man. Can't wait to see it. :D

On a side note, I get the feeling this is going to be a pretty big bfest... Not bad for a first. :P

I want to go for a ride in this thing! :D

Sounds like it's badass Eric, I'm very excited to see this car and I hope that the engine accent colors are no longer red or chevrolet orange or whatever it was. ;)
