Rear view mirror removal

Post by Wanako »

So how do you remove the rear view mirror glass from the housing? Been looking in there but I'm not too sure. Thanks.

The glass itself?

The housing is snapped together, so not sure how easy that comes apart without breaking or messing it up to be honest..

Well, it helps when you say side mirrors then. Rear view is the one on the windshield. LOL

lol. I guess you're right Ace. That would have helped :D I need to get this glass off to replace that disgusting plastic housing almost every Beretta has. I FINALLY found a metal housing from an 87 at the yard to complement the passenger side one that came with the car, but I now just need the glass.
