SHARE YOUR BFEST PICS HERE!!!!
Re: SHARE YOUR BFEST PICS HERE!!!!
So it's the black car with the dual exaust? Is the engine bay pic the same car? If anyone has anymore pics of that interior, I REALLY want to see it! It looks amazing!

That you did! Although I'm not sure anyone drank any of them!DTMAce wrote:If I failed to say thanks as well, my apologies... I certainly did appreciate the tacos Friday night! Though I thought I did donate some of the cokes I had? LOL
Anyways, it was awesome, nice work man.

Yes, some of you did, but you were all "inner circle".Ozzwoman9 wrote: HEY...thank you for cooking!!!
And a few of us did donate some $$ for the food!!!
Cooking is often a thankless job and I am still happy to do it! Now, what to make for the early birds next fest...?
And you know 2.2H8TA... You could always PM him (BMAN) and ask for pics. I'm sure he has a ton!

Hm IIRC Wednesday night I was in Wisconsin and Friday night I was at the drag strip, so I missed on eating your taco twice. Lame!
Thanks again for everything, everyone!

UPLOADED!! I'll try to keep this short...
So, Here's the story. After taking the car from Zero to Hero over the weekend I got myself 5 hours of sleep and headed out for St. Louis at 5:00am Tuesday. After a 14 hour drive I met up with Mindy, Chad, JHa and Geoff for a night's stay in Troy. We stared at each others cars for a while, had some Cracker Barrel and called it a night. The next day we took off at about 10am to head for Indianapolis. After 4 hours BOOM we had arrived! There were already quite a few people there, hell BMan and Jamie had been there since Monday!
My view as I left Colorado

The Westside Caravan Crew

Our Caravan t-shirts

Mindy rollin'

Geoff rollin'

Chad... um, towin'

I was quickly greeted with a gift from the Motherland

I made tacos for everyone that was there on Wednesday night

Kurt immediately got down to business after he arrived promptly at about 1:15am

Chad's fusable link blew out on the way to the Speedway

Then... we saw her...

Then we stunted at the car show

I was winning

BMan won the super secret raffle prize I had put together

Then we all drank and feared the mighty Patrick

And then we drove off into the sunset...

Fueled by the mighty 87.5 octane powah!

More story you say??
Well, of course there was drinking and silliness nightly. I didn't go karting nor to the drag strip so I cannot speak for those bits of fun. I was at the hotel having my own fun powered by food and drink. And the hot tub. Oh I loved the hot tub. And I loved my Molson... Cack rolled in on Saturday night to join in the final night fun. He had a very pretty van. On the way home, Chad, Geoff and myself got pulled over. Well, they got pulled over, I kept driving (refer to BFest Chicago incident). The local Sheriff had a hard on for Chad's towing lights. The first cop to say anything in like 4 states and after passing something like 10+ cops during our trip. Although the lights are not illegal, Chad was not allowed to use them, regardless of the "Official BerettaFest Transport Vehicle" sticker. So, we no usey until we left Kansas. We ditched Mindy somewhere in St. Louis and rode on. We ditched Geoff in Colorado as he cut south to see his sister. Chad and JHa continued on to my place in search of Beau Jo's pizza and a headliner. We found both. One was more tasty than the other.
I am so happy to have seen all of you guys and gals again. You are truly good friends and it is a shame that life only allows us to see each other once a year.

Now, let's talk viddy...
If you don't know by now you betta aks somebuddy. We say the 'Vert Indy at the Speedway and I snagged a 3:15 long HD walkaround of the car as well as some neat HD fisheye photos (below).

Sorry everyone, but the fly by I did of about 3/4 of the caravan to the Speedway came out crappy. Blame it on the rain... yeah, yeeaaahhhh.
The camera was looking through an area of my windshield that the wipers did not clear, so it is a bit lame. The latter 1/4 is good as I was holding the cam out the window. Had I known the drive to the Speedway was going to be so short, I would have mounted the damn thing to the side of the car and made it a point to get the entire line of cars. Lesson learned for next year...
