Iowa Minifest - October 3rd, Earville IA - Tri State Raceway

Unfortunately, sparing a miracle, I won't be able to make it to Nitrofest... and making it to NE is completely out of the question.

However, I was reminiscing earlier and the old days of the Iowa Minifests popped into my head. I organized one in 2002 and one in 2003, both had pretty solid turn outs and a lot of people managed personal bests on a well prepped NHRA Member track, the staging lanes also run down hill, so we can coast!

Cutting to the chase, this year the closest Test and Tune at Earlville is Sunday October 3rd. I've got the itch to hit the strip again, and this track is fast. So let's make a minifest out of it. I'm throwing the invitation out to everyone - and I'll pack a grill and meat so that we can grill out at the track.

I'm hoping Dustin will be game, and I know both of his cars are itching to run some personal bests right now. It'd also be cool if some of the Wisconsin, Minnesota and Illinois crew could make it up. So right now, I'm planning on going either way, the question is who else can make it?

I want to get the GT up to Dusty's for some new exhaust some time. Might make for a decent mini-gathering.
