Could he make a set of rear axle bushings too? Can't be that tough.

Got the braided hoses figured out without needing to swap knuckles. Just got hit Napa today for some brake line since the factory flare nut rounded off. I'll get some pics of hose routing front & rear.

Routed the rear hoses similar to the stock lines and used a grommet in one of the hose holes. Used a rubberized fuel line clamp for it where the stock clamp was on the spring perch. For the front I drilled a hole in the FE7 bracket for another rubberized clamp. Clearance is good everywhere except at full lock it touches the strut body. Shouldn't be an issue.

Bellhousing should be good to go by now with the block filler. The studs in there are nice & long, so it should be adequate. If not, I'll have to do 92+ mounts. I have a set I got from Boner forever ago if need be.

I should have snapped a picture of my redneck bubble agitator. I put a philips screwdriver in my drill and spun it on the bellhousing. The vibration of the handle of the screwdriver banging around worked the bubbles out.

I just pissed away about an hour searching my floor for a 5th gear synchro ball. Those little bastards are spring-loaded. Otherwise I should have had the trans done tonight. Gonna hit Napa and maybe Ace tmo to see if I can get something. Otherwise I need to tear down a spare Getrag. I'm surprised I couldn't find the little bastard...the garage is really clean and I just swept like two days ago.

Balls. Literally.

Yeah, I used the little telescoping one I have but it's about 1x1". Come to think of it I do have a magnetic tray that is probably 4x4 or 5x5 round...

Step 1, Remove wrenches from magnet...
Step 2, Remove Magnet from wall...
Step 3, wave magnet over entire garage floor and find effin ball...
