Why not go with a "hydro boost" i think thats the name of it it uses the power steering fluid and you connect it into the pump , They used them on older astro vans.

watch yourself, i went to school for mechanical engineering.... some of us on here know a thing or two more then you may think, just because we own and drive beretta's, doesn't make us poor or mean we lack knowledge.
No pun intended if your getting or have an engineering degree. And by no means was I thinking anyone here was "poor" cause i got a 95 gagt, so we are in the same boat if thats the case.

I always take the motor out the top. Pulled 5 or 6 this way. Just what im used to.
That electric unit is sick, but its probably not on my junkyard budget.
Hydroboost is a possibility. That or relocate the stock/from some other car booster. I should be able to build a mechanical linkage and put the booster almost anywhere I want

Hey barry swapping from 4 lug to 5 lug do i just need to change to hubs not the axles or both?

You keep stock axles. Your only hub options are s14 and z32 n/a. Z32 Tt hubs won't work with our axles.
Then just get 5 lug s14 rotors. You can drill your 4 bolt rotors too. One stud lines up so knock out 4 studs and use the one as a guide pin then mark the other holes. Kinda ghetto
I just got 5 lug rotors and called it a day

Ok awesome thanks alot just got my rear end and super syked about it since it was only 75 for all of it. Actually if you look on jbody.org the third gen cavi guys are using a stock 4 bolt rotor for their rear disc conversion i agree ghetto ill go with the 5 lug ones. Again thanks dont mean to thread jack haha.

Yea they use saturn rotors. But much better keeping 5 so you aren't usin 4 bolt in back and 5 up front. Now THAT would be ghetto

I like that it's 5x114.3 so you can easily swap the front to match with the write up on here

Exactly. I'm running 114.3 wheels on my f body swap with no issues. No matter how many clutch drops I do. Lol
