And besides, I really doubt GM would go after anyone over a 1996 Beretta. Not saying for sure they wouldn't, because no one knows 100% if they would pursue it or not.
I wish it would get sent to a yard near me, so I could strip it of as much as possible LMAO.
At the topic starter, if you can try and get pictures, I'd like to see a practically brand new Beretta.

What do you mean by crushed? As in parts not getting recycled? Because this is not true. I pulled LT1 with T56 came out of a low mileage UTI car. I have pulled parts from other low mileage cars including a 6,000 mile 3.4DOHC MT284 Chevy Lumina Z34 car at a Pick N Pull. I can list more..many more.

Revive a thread to start an argument.
Lets have him ask what the terms were when the cars were donated rather then just spouting off he said she said. I'm going off of what was said about some convertible donated cars and some other ones that were posted on here back in the day. Excuse the gently caress out of me if I'm wrong since it seems to be a big deal.

I have not done this in a while. If someone has a vin handy from a school we could check the title status. I believe the titles are equal to junk certificates.

3X00-Modified is right, they are not leagally supposed to allow parts to be taken off for use, or the car to be put on the road ever. It is meant to only be a training-learning device nothing else. I know that is how it is for public schools anyway. I asked my teachers more then once about them, they said if the school no longer wants them, that they go straight too the crusher. But I am sure other things have happened not everyone listens to the rules.
