i like the sounds of this. and may be interested in a US convoy, as i may cut through NY and come up that way through rochester. (i like to make things interesting and go right around lake ontario... mid-late august date sounds pretty good

If we can get 10-12 commitments it could be a bit of fun.

Less than that makes it a meeting but the group rates just are not available.

I will throw some sponsorship behind this if we can get a dozen commitments.

Early days, and just wondering. Need some NE USA guys to commit.

Throw me some ideas and dates!!

sounds fun, but requires a passport, and dealing with customs, plus if i got into canada, i might never come back to the u.s. so i dont think i'll be attending.

Its not that bad. You can probably get just an enhanced license, or a nexus card as well. Those are cheaper too. :P

Passports are not required to cross into Canada, but just a driver's license isn't enough.

I use a nexus card, works fine. Enhanced license would work too. Unless you have a criminal record or something, you shouldn't have issues.

Early august works best for me. Me and the wife already have passports so no issue for us.

Well if we can get enough people excited about this I'm thinking August 16-18th but I want to check with the city to see what else may be going on that weekend.

Depends on what me and Amy want to do for our anniversary since that's the 7th.... I know we wanted to do another cross country drive and hit places we missed but I'm not sure if that's panning out for this year or next.

Why don't you organize it then?
I did Pennsylvania a couple years ago. Where were you?
We would be happy to attend any event you get off your complaining arse and do something about!!

I need to get an enhanced license. I gotta check the date too, I think that is when Montgomery Gentry is playing at our county fair.

Tiff has family in the area and I know she wants to head up that way.
