Great to hear you are running again. The cost doesn't seem to bad. I thought you got a rebuilt head and didn't get the old one back. Did you ever find out what the sensor was? The only thing I could think of was the knock or coolant temperature sensor.

The sensor is the engine temp sensor and it is to turn the radiator fan on and off the head i got is rebuilt by the wonderful wally and he basically took the old head as core because he had a quad head that was almost complete now i have to replace the oil pain gasket because the darn thing leaks like a civic- i mean civ

I did think it might be engine temp, but wasn't sure if you had one(looked it up in the Chilton's, but could not see one). I have one, guess everybodys got one. I feel dumb, I have read many books on engine management. The basics I learned in high school in Auto Tech. The other stuff has come from what I've read and done on V8's. What you have learned in your schooling is far past what I know, I'd bet. Hope the my support was worth something. By the way, what is a Civic(ha,ha)?

you have been awesome and so has 1988GTU along with a few others which makes this board worth it. however my A/C pressure switch is keeping my radiator fan on and well it is easy to change but i am fortunate to still have the r 12 in the A/c system and find it hard for me to change it because i dont want to loose my r12 because it is much better for its purpose v. the r134a

Thanks, yea 1988GTU is great, he just helped me get a part I have been looking to get for a long time. I still have r12 also and don't know where to get it. I don't need any just yet and would also hate to change over.

Thanks for the info! The cost is high. What are you going to do, eat the cost or change over?

Hit it where? I would think that a RV would trash a Beretta. Is the body tweaked?

suprisingly it is not tweaked the a-arms are bent to hell but it still drives and moves but who knows what else has happened. Here is the link to my photobucket with pictures of both of my GTZ-s, dyno run, and first start up of the red one. http://s186.photobucket.com/albums/x36/ ... unkie1991/

Both cars look great! I looked for A-arms once and they were about $175 each.

the white one probably wont be white for much longer since i have the time i am going to paint it because it has the typical GM flake paint and plus i want some change because the fenders are rusted at the mounting point for the bumper so might as well take care of it. A-arms i will get at the junkyard if resonable and have them powder coated yellow .
