I'm positive they are not wrong I'm wondering if I might of missed a lifter when putting the rod in and the exhaust valve stayed closed this would kind of explain why my starter is bogging down regardless I'm ripping it back down tonight

I'll wait and see. Don't read into that too much. Just would like to hear everything is right and it's something easy to fix.

So I removed the intake manifold and all pushrods seem to be in right place

Scratch that they are in the right places I see no damage to anything all the springs are intact even the inner spring no bent pushrods either

If I want to manually crank the motor to see everything in motion which way should I turn it

Will or should the crank turn with no pushrods in I would assume no cuz all valves are closed

Put the map sensor's vacuum line to a dedicated port not shared to any other line and make sure the pcv hose is not broken and is secured in place.
Compression check the engine.
did you put rtv on the flat surfaces where lim meets block?
Check your ground circuit to the map.

I would verify that the plug wires are installed correctly and maybe even do a compression test.

I'm going to say it is near impossible to slip a tooth on the V6 chain timing setups... Hell I drove to CO and back with a stretched to F timing chain and it never had the opportunity to slip, and it was STRETCHED OUT. So I highly doubt that's the issue.

I triple checked all plug wires
