What do you mean is what you want??
Is it a 4L65E?  4.10's are the stupidly insane gear ratio that will use a chit load of gas and run your motor at 3k+ at cruising speeds, unless you have a crazy high overdrive gear.  Also with that amount of power 4.10's aren't really needed.  You'd be better with 3.83's or something lower, since you have the power to get it moving.
Eaton Diff's utilize the stock 10-bolt rears that come in a 98 Camaro, unless its been changed to a 12... Count the diff cover bolts.

he has the 4l60-e and 4.10s are doable you set at 2k at 55 so thats not bad. i will say interstate driving sucks thats why i'm going back to 3.73 gears.
42lb injectors are kinda high for your mod list. was it a forced induction car before. upgrade your intake if it doesn't have an ls6intake yet. if it still has egr then its ls1.
slp lt suck careful they sit very very low. go around speed bumps
mid 12's i would say i predict 12.4
i ran 12.1 with yank 4kss 4.10s and mt et dr. stock motor just all bolt ons.

I am tempted to yank the injectors and make some cash, BUT, I have big plans for this car. I want H/C/I so I may just leave them.
Highway isn't "too" bad 3k @70.

The Camaro needed some serious loving in the paint dept. I doubt it had been properly waxed with good products in the last two years. The paint was almost like sandpaper, it was BAD. Well that has been taken care of. I will do the claybar treatment over the summer when I have access to all my goodies back home. For now a good solid handwash with two coats of Meguires gold class has to suffice.

My buddies camaro SS is manual with the same mods other than he has a FAST intake and its over 400 hp easy. He has 60000 miles on it and has gone through 3 gear sets without any form of drag radial. Before the headers and intake he ran a 13.42 at 105 on all season tires spinning through part of first on a 2000 rpm slip. The automatic will make it easier on the rear end and make it easier to lauch but for the power these cars make that rear end is weak and wont last long with some sticky tires under it.
