Mikey doesn't have a girl friend... he has acquaintance's... LOL
And remember Mike, using real industry regulations and options doesn't make a good movie!

Went and saw it last night and it was an amazing movie. I realize that it's not all true but that doesn't make the movie any less worth watching it's a great story and very suspenceful in the end.

Now days the trains could be stopped automatically from a different location on any class 1 railroad.
Many locos in the movies were made by GM(made by EMD)
Most of the movie was made outside of Pittsburgh. My girlfriend is in it and I knew a lot about it last year at this time when it was filmed.
Wow! What scene is she In?
All the scenes where there was arguing on the radio. She would do the the replies as a stand in. Sounds easy but its not. Denzel fired two stand ins before her. Chris Pine in one scene which was chopped up got extremely mad and walked out because he couldn't remember his lines. He is a very very nice guy!

I finally went and saw it on Sunday. Good movie. Highly implausible, but great.
I'm a big Chris Pine fan.
