Btw, I was reading that we will be hitting the desert on hottest time of the year.. this will be fun, since I get sunburn from the sligtests hint of sun, be'ing from up north
That rental car better have working AC.

yes, yes it will be hot as hell! You should expect to see temperatures of about 35-40 degrees Celsius around desert areas, specifically Death Valley if you're passing through there. You will be the darkest/reddest Finn ever.

Sounds like it will be a fun trip. Hell you are going to places even most Americans don't get to go all at once.
