Of course they still exist. There are currently 3 living ones in California. All of which belong to Chad.

eric does NOT make this board!!! WE make this board again he is not some god!
i understand he is ill and has to take care of his health but i also know in the months since he took our money he has time to be on other sites? my problem is not so much the value of the money it is the fact that he could not send a e mail or pm or post a message saying he will make things right when time aloud
the way he did it is no different than a con artist! there has been nothing but stories about these so called t -shirts,they were to be given out at the event then there was a printer delay,and had to pay in advance!?i paid 15.00 in cash and i feel i should get a refund or my shirts.....i did not buy a mri!

Just give him some more time, you will get your shirt or a refund. If you were in Eric's position, I'm sure you would put t-shirts on the back burner for a bit too.

Just wanted to add...

I have met Eric. He is a nice guy that can come off on here as .. abrupt at times? lol But he bends over fucking backwards for people, especially when it comes time for Bfests and such. I'm sorry but there are only a few of the beretta members that frequent the forums that put in that much effort and contributions. No he isn't the only one, nor is he god or the owner of the board. But talking like this and getting all bent out of shape because he decided that dealing with health issues over making t-shirts up is ridiculous.

I know he would never put someone on hold or a delay just because he could. Truth is, having a serious health issue going on in your own life is going to make you stick to priorities for a bit. I'm quite positive that once things are better on that front he will make it right for you guys. Is it frustrating? Sure. But put yourself in his shoes. Double your age or more, then throw in a serious health problem. Personally I'm surprised we heard from him at all. I certainly don't begrudge him for it nor do I have anything against him. If I had bought a shirt from him, I know I wouldn't be worried about it. Certainly wouldn't be clamoring for a result, but that's just me.

Hell I should be one to speak, I have on occasion kept a couple of people waiting for parts or something that I was doing for them. Was that wrong? Sure. But I did eventually get everyone squared away. I know that some frustrating posts were thrown in my direction, but I never took offense, and I did get it done. Eric will get you all taken care of as well, so just be patient.

As far as Eric posting on J-body, but not on here? I don't blame him. If I was recovering from something this serious and returned here, only to see people complaining about not getting their $10 t-shirts, I would be annoyed enough to not post anything either. It's amazing how selfish people can be at times.

I havent tried that address, but I did send something to Eric after he sent me an e-mail after all of this.... and I never got a reply to that either.

I did have a response come from his better half using his email. Eric is most likely having more personal issues right now. He better get better and up and at em' ... bracket season is not too far away!

Has anybody else received their money back? I was told it was going to be sent on February 6th by barbee or whatever and its now a month later. I sent an email just asking how everything was going and got no reply. Im hoping nothing bad happened

Seeing he's not replying to emails and such the only person who can help you there would be Rodney he could take a ride over and see what's up with him.

i hope he is alright and would be nice if rodney can keep us in the loop with him ( but i understand rodney is busy from time to time as well) i hope all is well. and for those of you that dont know eric he is good person and if you needed anything from him and you didnt have it he woould give the shirt off his back if it came to it so lets just hope his health gets better and the hell with bracket racing as health has to be 100% to be able to do that. but i would love to see his car hit 12s if possible
