Holly so no one likes my wing. ok. but now the rims. is there anything you dont complain about ?

I seen plenty other pictures on this site without stock rims so whatever its the owners choice to do whatever they want not other beretta owners that dont think something someone else done was right.

Let me guess hmmm i shouldnt have fiber glassed my dash either and got a stock one thats not my own work? or the engine i should have kept the 2.0 L automatic instead of putting in a 3.1 5 speed. and i shouldnt have aftermarket rims because someone else doesnt like them ? well its my car, i own it, the work thats been done to it is my own work not someone else's, not everyone can say the same that its their work.

So maybe next time you want to nip pick about how someone elses car looks maybe you should look at your own first.

If its such a big deal ill post stuff on my own site and i wont criticize others work and cars if they decide to post there too.

Oh crap man, if I remember right I was one of the first people to say that I liked your car. I love the rare two tone and I would like to see it stay that way. Yes it is your car. Also I have a great love for the 3.1L.

Your car looks much better than mine.
The rims look fine to me.
I know that there will be holes in the stock trunk lid.
You have misunderstood the love that we have for rare cars.
I more than understand that it's very hard to find a good dash for an older car. I had a 90GT and never found a good one.

I have supported everything you have done less the spoiler. And you put a shot across my bow?
Check your fire, your shooting at a friend.

The car looks great dude! The wheels I think are better than the ones you had before and the stock ones. The wing definitely a no-no but I told you that along time ago. Just get the new trunk lid you're talking about painted and the whole thing will look tits.

As much as I agree for the dislike of the spoiler lets keep this civil now... I don't want to have to babysit this board for childish fights.

having a problem with my car... it starts up and runs fine but the tach, amp gauge doesnt come on, it happend the other day in the day time and after driving half hour like this it randomly started working. never thought nothing more because it hasnt done it again.

so tonight it done this again and when i turn my lights on it dings as if the ignition is not turned on but the car is running. makes it very anoying to drive listening to it ding and no tach lol.

Could this be a relay problem or ecm ? im going to swap the ecm and see what happens.

This is Beretta. my internet is down and i dunno my darn password for the other account. so im using this for now, i had some water on my drivers floor and had fixed this back in the summer time but it was leaking again. i found it was coming in where my shifter cables run.

I had a hair dryer in there to dry the carpet and the insulation stuff under it, the windows and stuff was all condensation, so i think maybe the ecm or some of the wires got some condensation on them giving me the problems.

Key is on and running but the car doesnt know the key is turned on if that makes sense.

It starts and drives, but no tach no amperage gauge, has spedo and oil pressure. rear defrost wont work, and the headlights on it dings and drives me nuts lol.

I went out last night after it sat for a couple hours after it was acting up and its perfectly fine now. done this the other day and it started working shortly after while i was still driving.

Im thinking the ecm is having issues, what do you guys think ? i dont think its the ignition switch since it turns on and will start no problem, it just doesnt know its on weird.

trying to keep my post on this topic so asking here...

A 2002 sunfire im pretty sure a 4 cylinder. its a 5 speed, would the trans bolt up to my 3.1 L with my bell housing and what type of trans would it be ? would i be better off with the 2002 sunfire one or the 282 getrag i have now ?

Might be able to get one cheap if my dad picks the car up for scrap for $250 for the whole car so the trans will cost me time to take it out and maybe 50 bucks

Modified my automatic center console cover to work with my 5 speed. spent a while searching for one and have come up with nothing so i gave this a shot. Had to cut some out of it for the boot to fit and used the cut pieces and plastic welded them with my soldering iron and a little body fill over it to finish. Will need to paint it some day

i will be painting it the same blue. if i didnt have to put any body fill on it i wouldnt have to paint it at all, but was the only way i could fill everything in. But now i dont have a cup holder LOL, i could sit a large coffee in the hole behind the shifter before and fit perfect.

I also want to find another console from a 5 speed that has the gear diagram on it that lights up so i can put that into it somewhere since there is a light in the console, might make it look a little more factory.
