I have washed mine probably 10 times and it hasn't started chopping yet. I got a couple extra ones so if it does the one that starts to go bad will just become a work shirt lol. I have a high efficiency washer and I don't turn the shirt inside out or anything.

All my old shirts are still fine, I will admit, the one from this year is (Indy) is fine thus far but i get the feeling, because of the type of print on, it will fall apart quicker. I also wanted to hear back from Paul as I would love to possibly get some long sleeve versions of some of the years done as well as different colors.

I don't wear mine except for BFest. They pretty much all look like new, and sit in a box year round.

Haha, nice, I always buy 2 of each, all other are framed, 1 for every year. I have even framed and incorporated my prize from this year, I will try to take some pics and post them.

To answer for Paul:

Last year, and especially this year, time was the contributing factor. Or shall I say the lack thereof. UP until '09 we always had them screened. We did not have our final logo soon enough to have a proper lead time and have the shirts back in time for Bfest the last few years. In fact this year, we almost didn't have any shirts in time, regardless of the method used. Moving forward this is one of the contributing factors to us bumping up the planning schedules, and changing selection formats starting in 2012. We need more time. I discussed this issue at Bfest with Paul and we both decided that we will look into better options than what we had available this year.

For now that is what we have to work with. Maybe in the future we can re-run some of these shirts that didn't last ('10, '11) in a format that will hold up (screen, or whatever). In 2012, expect to see a change from the last two years.
