I am not sure about the hood situation. I don't know anyone that ships to Pittsburgh

Thank you for kind words Shane

Oil pump is new-forgot to mention

Solid grill and hood latch look to be ruined. Also plastic trim above the headlights as well.

I have gotten tons of PMs some are really silly.....

Asking to make payments for the deposit is silly
Asking to make payments on the car is silly
Asking to keep car till January,Febuary,March etc will happen if car is paid in full and you pay for it to be stored(figure 150 a month)

I got 5 requests for people to come and part out the car. Come this weekend and take off what you want if thats the case. Ill sell whats left or scrap the car.
I got 10 requests to find out how much to ship. I don't have the time-zip and town is in the title of this thread-look into it if you are serious.
I got three requests for the prom, cams, idi cover with coils, timing chain. Make a reasonable offer, come this weekend, remove them and they are yours
Got 3 requests for the entire motor. Give me 800 for it-you remove it.
Got 3 requests for the wheels. Give me 200 and bolt on your old wheels and they are yours

Ill post pics later today with the front end taken off so damage is visible.

I believe he said he will put up pictures later today.

Man this sucks major balls. Too bad you live in MD, I would have already paid you and took it off your hands.. Oh well. Someone buy it and fix it, do not just part the hell out of it. This thing is worth saving!

" I will take front end apart to inspect and post pics".

"Its coming after I disassemble it as mentioned"

well, if you dont mind, id much rather wait and make sure no one else wants the entire car first before i come down and tear it all out.... so lets say if no one wants it in a month, id gladly strip what i need/want from it and not feel bad

That is about how the core support was on my 94 Quad.. it cost less than 1,000 to fix at the body shop here in town. Shouldn't take much to fix at all.

Agreed.

Depending on the state and your insurance, hell I would file the claim, see how much you could collect I know here you can do that, keep the car and not have it actually reported as totaled. When I had the deer hit on the Z, it was totaled, but my VIN does not show any record of that, because the car was over 10 years old. I just had to pay around 350 or so to keep it, ended up with nearly 1600 from the insurance on it. AND still had a car. And we know the rest of the story.

Just saying, not sure how it works there, but you could at least come out ahead.

PLEASE Mike. Do not part this car out. Either keep it and fix it or sell it to a willing to fix it party. If you part this car out, I may just give up on this community altogether.....
