i've seen that. when i started going in 02-03 there were a lot of older 88-91 beretta's then it transitioned into 93-96 and now it's kind of sporadic on beretta's.

same thing with the 5th gen N-bodies. 5ys ago i was lucky to see one or two in the yard i frequent now there is usually 8-12 at a time.

you gotta figure though they haven't made beretta's in 15yrs so the amount that is getting sent to the yard is quite low.

Jon may have noticed the same thing since we both go to the same yard but the GM car section isn't huge. in the american car section a good portion of it is ford and chrysler. i agree on the cavy's though there certainly are plentiful

There were only 2 Berettas at Gary's when I went last weekend...and there always used to be a bunch. I did grab some seatbelts from an 03-04 Monte Carlo with ebony leather interior though. That car was still in great shape except for the wadded pass front corner. And I see a lot of 3400s in the yard now, where there didnt used to be ANY when I did my swap in '06.

lol, that is not. I took the photo with my old Kodak digi back summer of 2002 when we were there to deliver the Grand Prix STE 5spd. That was a random front clip at a Schrams that deals in higher end cars.

On the rack there is an 1st gen Astro clip. I wonder if they ever sold it.

I would also like to point out something. There was a time when it photographs were NOT ALLOWED at many..and dare i say MOST salvage yards. Now with a camera on nearly ever phone they don't crack down and rarely ban.

I don't even remember posing with that lol. Was that at the one in Mason or in Waterford? I remember you and Dave acting like giddy school girls at all the rear view mirrors they had in buckets hahaha.

I hit up my local yard today. They had no Beretta's at all. Was just a bunch of old caddy's and Camaro's.
