i drove my white 90 gtz home 150 km, it had been driven on a leaking headgasket for at least 5k before that as well... how much i paid for that car... well that's a soft spot, lets just say it is still the most expensive car i have bought (and put more money into on top...), to date...
my currently daily driver, 95 z26 3100, drove it home about 1 1/2 km, $600. had it on the road for right around $1k. (still needs parts, but it was almost good enough to pass a saftey and etest as it was bought)
