The more bends a CAI needs to draw cold air, the more restrictive it becomes. Eric actually ran better numbers with his short intake, but he was probably getting toward the limit of a 3" intake pipe. I'm curious to see the difference with mine and try it both ways.

True, but with smooth angles and bends, I don't see restriction becoming an issue with a CAI.
