Thanks Dan!

I got the last of the new parts today. I just need to make it out to my dads and get to work. I do still have to get the deeper evap holder (or shorter canister, which ever it is). I do still need a battery, but im waiting for our federal refund to get here so i can get that. Im also trying to figure out if the battery tray i have needs to be replaced or if i should keep using it, im still up in the air about that. I have a couple places trimmed off to sit sideways in its spot there, but im not sure what im doing yet. I thought about going back to the original style of the stamped steel one the car came with, but they are held down with so many spot welds its not even funny. So if i need to change anything again, ill just stick with the newer style plastic one.

I also realized that he lug nuts i have on the car right now are just a hair too big for the holes in the wheels. When i install the key to get the lugs off the studs, the key sticks to the inside of the wheel. So im gonna get a new set from Discount that is a smaller outer diameter, but will still work with these wheels.

Maybe if im lucky next time im out there, i can bring her back to life, we shall see :)

Aight, so i have kept people out of the loop lately and I feel bad. Ive been doing work and havent let the board know how another Beretta has been doing.

Been spending the last week and a half tying up loose ends on my car and getting her prepped for her journey out of the shop and back to my house. Needless to say, i have succeeded. I was able to get the firewall sealed up, engine bay completely done, hood installed, and other misc things here and there, like getting the inside of the car cleaned up, done.

Ive also been able to get the bumper cover and grill painted to match the car. Now, i havent done anything to the hood, roof, trunk, or patchy paint on the rest of the car, but atleast shes not several different colors anymore. Back to the original white, and the teal of course.

All in all, the test drive went well. It took some time getting the clutch bled and the air out of the cooling system, but all in all, in the end, things worked out. The manual steering is actually kinda nice as it keeps the steering wheel fairly tight and doesnt jump around while cruising down the road, even if you hit a bump or pot hole.

The engine is also running really good! The cams with my exhaust system really go well together. You can really hear the lope thru that Magnaflow 8) I have a short vid at the end of all this i will post for ya. Its not the best quality, but it gives you an idea.

I will let the pics from the last week or so do the rest of the talking now ;)

Got the coolant tank to clear the Evap Can, 92+ have a deeper well for it to sit in to clear the coolant tank.

Primed up bumper cover

And all painted. Im curious to see how well the adhesion promoter works with the paint and plastic.

And now, the moment you've been waiting for.....(clicky clicky) :D

I love how that exhaust sounds with the loping cams. Im going to get some better footage after the wind and storm blows thru here. Maybe this weekend if its not too bad out.

Next thing on the list, the "Before Bfest List". Which will be stuff like, new injectors, regulator, fuel pump, paint to make the car look more uniform, and possibly revised exhaust.

Enjoy! Comment, question, feel free :) All i have to say is :Yahoo!: :Yahoo!:

Yeah your way ahead of me... all that's changed since I last posted about mine is the rack is laying in there on the studs... Not bolted down yet and I was waiting to get new o-rings for the small pressure lines. I did however bring a spare cylinder head to work today so they can make me my drill and tap jig so I can be sure my holes are straight when I re-do all the threads.

Lots of work to do, and the race car just go the front clip welded on... and practice for that is March 26th... EEK!
