daily driver. That's what I like to hear!! Headers and exhaust and maybe p&p are reliable. A set of Z06 heads/cam would be factory "relaible" as well. Not sure about SLP head/cam package, but it's supposed to make like 498hp with exhaust, and have a linear power curve. Not sure how stressfull that setup is on the valvetrain...

I say put some Walker Quiet Flows on it.... Whattya say about dual 3 inch mufflers that make no noise.....

That would be funny, but I think it'll be even funnier to roll up to someone with a Beretta with a loud v8 loping idle

yah, it will be a sleeper just because it will look like a beretta on top... You want to show off & hear the sweet V8 sound so loud exhaust or medium loud is a must!! mmmm v8 sound.

Wow, I feel sorry for you having to sort through that wiring harness. I hate wiring, and that just looks like a nightmare.
Btw, is that the factory spare? Cause if that is, that's just crazy

I spent extra time labeling everything, especially loose pig-tails.
No spare is offered for the C5. My GTO spare bolted up.

Not sure on the bell housing cost. With it broke I was concerned about the torque tube pulling out, that is why it was strapped together. But it held solid for the truck ride.
