My cousin came to my house and made a report and thats about it. Things happen....
I have a power tuner so the EGR code will be gone. And on the cruise I just took it all out. I dont have cruise on my daily car and I don't mind it. I want this thing done and so does my dad! But I got to put it on hold again. My daily car is needing some work. I am thinking it needs a Crankshaft sensor 24X. Has really bad idle and throws a fault for it. I know its part of idle control to. But I also want to get it ready for winter. We started to get are semi trucks ready at work so its time for my car.

EGR does not give any power at cruise. It just reduces NOX emissions and displaces some air so it squirts less fuel so you might see a slight MPG increase with it.

Well, is good that there is a report on it. Yea, it's going to be an early fall this year. Keep me up on what you are doing. If this rain keeps up I'll have to do all my work inside to get my car ready for the cold. There is not much space to work when it's inside and I may need to take the hood off just to get anything done.

Well today I went to help my dads friend raise a 50 foot Ham radio anntenna, well after that I went to unload his tools and I started to toy with the tranny. And well my dad was there and we started to pull that sleeve out so I can get the case off. And well it took like 5 min. I was happy and mad because I was working on it forever last tuesday. Well this week has been great. Went out with that girl and wow what a cutie. anyways I got the case off...
I started to bang the pin out but started to get mad so I quit it for the night. For a night I didn't even plan on working on it it went well.

For a guy that only looks at old parts, that thing looks like gold! Put some grease on that input shaft, you nut(lol)! Project B, on a street near you, soon! Think of that like a movie intro. Sorry my mind is shot, I'd better go to bed. Hope that girl likes Beretta's!

I know this is a long dead topic, but heavywoody is selling a turbo set up. Looks like almost everything you would need, take a look.

That sucks, it would have got you so close. Well, that's the way it goes, I guess. This always happens to me too, I get the "dude, you should have held off another month and you could have got this".

Ok well I will try to make this tread come back to life.
The LSD well I have an issue.  I don't know the Tq spec for the ring gear bolts.  I also can't find a manual for it. ÂÂÂ
Use this Picture for my next 2 questions
1.)  This is what the tranny case looked like when I bought the tranny.  I don't know what year it is but it should be pre 92 because it is an internal slave cyclinder.  Correct me if i am wrong.  OK. Now the tranny I pulled out had an external cyclinder.  Ok NOW I have to change the cover on the NEW tranny so that it will bolt up to the V6 Engine.  But the case that I have has a shaft for an external Cyclinder.  If your lost I know its my fault.  I really dont have any information on the internal operation.  I plan on just getting rid of the external slave and removing the shaft from the case.  Now will this work or not.  Also do i need to hook up the line to the tranny?
2.) I think I have it figured out.
Ok you asked for it Money!
1.) I need a support arm on the right side that is from a 3.1L. I has to have a vertical bushing and a horizontal bushing for the control arm.  I know there is a year they stopped but I forgot.
2.) CV Shafts
3.) Put the springs on the struts
4.) Power wash and sand blast the control amrs. Weld to make them stronger.  And powder coat.
5.) New rack and pin.
6.) Put On outer tire rod ends.
7.) Power wash support arms, sand blast and powder coat.
8.) Get exhaust out of the way.
9.) Finish getting interior harness in and rechecking all connections.
10.) Check engine harness and Verify the correct wires for the VSS
I think after all that I will start putting the susp. together and building the whole assembly on the floor and thinking of ways to get this whole thing under the engine bay area and getting the engine in.  I know this list is very rough draft.
The majors are getting that damn right side support arm.
Oh yeah And I am going to paint a lot of stuff while its not bolted up.
God there is so much.

I had to ask, and I got it didn't I.  OK, I can look up the part# for the control arm bushings(Moog #). What about the ball joints(or do you have them)? I can't remember if you got the insulators for the springs. The support arm, is that the steering knuckle? ÂÂÂ
Ok, the site's pic on the control arm looks as is if there is no vert bushing(the # should be right, just not the pic) The # is MG-K6351. If that's not it the 95 has that set up, # is MG-K6620
You are going to put the springs on at the shop right? A spring compresser won't work(I did try that myself, don't know what I was thinking).
Oh, and the rack&pinion bushing kit is MG-K6337 if you need it.

I have the bushings for everything. I need the part that the bushings go in. The part that is from the front of the engine bay to the back. It holds the control arm.
I have insulators from the other ones. I really have not looked at it. I have replaced my springs before. I plan on doing it at my place.
I went out at 11am today. took the power booster off and the rack and pin. I wont be able to get parts till thursday. I also put my ring gear on the diff. I would be ready to put the case together but I am confused on the slave cyclinder. I guess I don't know how an internal works. Or how it mounts. not only that but I am lost when it comes to this tranny. I am just going slow i guess. I need to find a manual....
Tonight I plan on getting the control arms off and getting it ready to get powder coated. I also plan on getting the springs on the struts.

Sounds like you need the sub frame. The junkyard is the only place I know of to get one, but I could be wrong. I don't have much info on the trans, all I have is what the Chilton's gives me(almost useless).

Pulled the Steering: New one will be here on thursday.
Inside car:
Control arms: I power washed them off and welded them.
Knuckle
Sub frame: Left side.
Tommrow I plan on at least going to the junk yard and looking for a right side sub frame. And I want to get those parts to a powder coat shop.
I am still tryin to figure out the tranny thing.
