Sitting at a decent ride height 2 inch of jounce in photo. ..and could easily go down another inch....and can see the pop can clearance on The rocker so shouldnt be to bad for street driving after all. .....pretty sure driver side wiper function will be lost due to brake booster clearance.....but could always go with the one center wiper in a pinch......obviously gonna have some work to getting tire coverage on the fenders so looks like a prety agressive wide body is gonna be a must especially in the front..... but till then dont drive behind me cause there is no coverage for rock throw :b even the engine is looking pretty natural in there .....everything seems to be lined up fairy well....

I wonder if adding the GTU skirts to the sides and some sheet metal work will make it look ok? The front, thats gonna be alot of widening to do, unless you go custom wheels all around and have them a little narrower up front...?
On a more serious note, holy gently caress im in love!!! Keep that awesome work up!

You could always go hydroboost to get some more wiper motor clearance...

Good idea Cliff. How much room do you have to bring the wheels further inboard with more offset? Start getting into suspension clearance issues I assume?

Should have seen this coming ages ago for Heaven's sake!
Wheel offset may help but that will compromise Lord knows what else.
To me, sort of throws the whole "stock looking" thing out the window.
With all the effort involved the rear should have been easy to figure out and get the right width.
The front, while a bit more complicated, could have been addressed.

Please refer back to the 1st post asylum......the plan was wide body from day one ....and how would I plan on having a stock looking beretta with a 13 piece body kit molded into it ....and camaro rims...that sounds like hell beast for heaven's sakes !!!!!! Hehehe

I don.t doubt this will be one Hell of a car and the build quality is second to none!
Wide body IMSA type thing is neat, but don't make it a clown car,, PLEASE!!

Definitely looking into the hydroboost. Found a few companies the make specific for the f body but they sure are pricey. ...looking into some used OEM for trucks and vans .....maybe can retrofit thanks for the heads up on that one

I will definitely do my best to keep it tastefull ....I appreciate the concerns. ....and definitely dont wanna end up with a non cohesive design statement .......just trying to solve one problem at a time.

I think a fender & quarter stretch could look cool on these cars. Not really an option for yours though with the body kit.

Put most of the body panels back on and placed a few sand bags in the interior to simulate weight for doors and seats and cage and gas tank for a more accurate weight distribution. Finally got it sitting on its own weight and looking pretty good

Never really paid much attention to it, the front of our cars really narrow in that much from the rear? Too bad theres no way for you to suck the rear tires in an inch, and the fronts two inches. That would look alot easier to widen for.
Progress is great man, keep up the good work!
